Job Overview
An established leading restaurant located on Cunningham Road, Bangalore, is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee bakery operations. This role involves managing the preparation of bakery products, ensuring standards of quality and cleanliness, supporting kitchen activities, and overseeing inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce bakery products including breads, cakes, and pastries with high quality.
- Uphold strict quality control and hygiene practices within the bakery and kitchen areas.
- Support daily kitchen operations as needed to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage ingredient stock levels and inventory to support uninterrupted bakery production.
Job Requirements
- Possess a relevant Diploma qualification.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of prior experience in bakery operations or a related role.
