Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all restaurant activities in Bangalore, ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams while enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) functions.
- Supervise and guide FOH & BOH teams, prepare duty rosters, and conduct staff training programs.
- Ensure all quality, hygiene, and operational procedures comply with FSSAI norms.
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, cost controls, and implement strategies to minimize wastage.
- Track sales figures, pursue revenue goals, and maintain profitability.
- Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain daily operational reports, conduct audits, and liaise with senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Compensation & Location
The position offers a monthly gross salary up to 50,000 INR. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
