Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and diligent Bakery Helper to contribute to food preparation, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The role requires a cooperative attitude and adherence to food safety protocols in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients for bakery items.
- Provide support to cooks and chefs with fundamental food preparation tasks.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas thoroughly.
- Handle dishwashing duties and maintain overall cleanliness in kitchen and storage spaces.
- Organize and correctly store incoming food supplies.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials according to company guidelines.
- Help in restocking and replenishing kitchen supplies as needed.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Shift and Accommodation
This position operates in the evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM. Full-time employees will be provided with accommodation.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
