About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and attractive presentation of baked goods including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
• Keep the bakery fully stocked and prepared for daily business operations.
• Ensure all bakery items are properly labeled and priced.
• Follow strict cold chain compliance protocols including thermometer calibration, temperature documentation, and proper food handling.
• Observe food safety standards and sanitation procedures rigorously.
• Handle ordering, clearance, pricing adjustments, and labeling in accordance with store policies.
• Prepare bakery products precisely by adhering to thawing and baking instructions to maintain product quality and appearance.
• Secure all displays safely and appropriately to protect merchandise and customers.

Compensation

This position offers a minimum starting wage of $17.45 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older.
