Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Bakery Assistant based in Gurugram to support day-to-day production activities. This role involves ingredient preparation, assisting with baking operations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace, as well as aiding cake decorating and packaging. The assistant will also replenish product displays and ensure items meet quality standards in appearance and taste. Customer interaction duties include processing orders, responding to product inquiries, and delivering polite service at the counter. The position demands close cooperation with bakers and decorators, adherence to food safety protocols, and contributing to smooth kitchen functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic baking knowledge with aptitude to follow recipes and production timelines.
• Ability to assist in cake decoration and creating appealing presentations of goods.
• Customer service experience or comfort in handling orders and interacting with patrons.
• Proficiency in food preparation tasks such as measuring and mixing ingredients safely.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements in a culinary environment.
