Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time baker to work onsite at our Haripad location. The baker will produce breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods by following predefined recipes and quality guidelines. Daily responsibilities include measuring ingredients, mixing, using baking equipment, monitoring baking processes, and presenting products attractively. The position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, assisting in inventory and ingredient orders, and collaborating with front-of-house teams to fulfill customer orders. The role also includes occasional recipe development and special order support.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Skilled in bakery operations and baking methods.
• Proficient in food preparation and kitchen organization tasks.
• Experienced in baking cookies and similar snacks.
• Competent in bread making and dough handling.
• Knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation protocols.
• Mental and physical capability to work early mornings and stand for extended durations safely.
• Strong focus on consistency, time management, and detail accuracy in following recipes.
• Previous experience in commercial baking or kitchens preferred; formal training in baking or culinary arts beneficial.
