About the Role

The role focuses on following precise recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, mixing dough, using baking machinery, and ensuring that the final products meet the company's quality benchmarks.
Working Hours
The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 to 45 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to established recipes to prepare doughs and batters for various baked items.
- Prepare and shape doughs for fried goods by following precise recipe guidelines.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking appliances, ensuring proper baking temperatures and times are maintained.
- Maintain high standards for quality, appearance, and taste in all baked products as per company guidelines.
- Rotate all ingredients and merchandise to guarantee product freshness.
- Keep personal appearance and the work environment clean and organized.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations at state and federal levels.
- Take on additional tasks as required to support kitchen operations.
