Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Baker based at Casady School, Oklahoma City, OK. The role requires preparing a variety of baked goods by following recipes and production standards to meet daily requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production sheets and catering orders.
• Use approved recipes and equipment to ensure quality and proper food preparation.
• Assist in production record-keeping, including tracking waste, product shortages, and notifying supervisors of low supplies.
• Maintain proper portion control, food presentation, and temperature standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Handle food safely and adhere to OSHA and corporate safety regulations.
• Clean workstations and display areas thoroughly before finishing shifts.
• Engage with customers courteously, addressing complaints and communicating feedback to supervisors.
• Work calmly and efficiently during peak production times while maintaining accuracy.
• Complete assigned shift duties in a thorough and timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as directed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous baking experience is preferred.

• Location: Casady School, 9500 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday; hours may vary (details provided during interview).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
