Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality preparation and baking of all bakery products such as croissants, doughnuts, and other specialty baked goods.
• Handle packing orders for wholesale distribution efficiently.
• Manage stock through ordering, receiving, proper storage, rotation, and minimizing wastage.
• Support the growth and skill development of junior bakery staff.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in bakery roles or hold relevant trade qualifications. Proficiency in hand moulding and traditional baking methods is essential, alongside a deep knowledge of French and Italian bread varieties. Flexibility to work during weekends is required, accompanied by a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
