Join Perkins American Food Co., part of the Golden Corral franchise family, as a Baker at our O'Fallon, MO location. We seek motivated and amiable individuals to contribute to our bakery team, ensuring the creation of fresh, delicious baked products that meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Craft freshly made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other bakery items by hand.
• Prepare breakfast bakery items during weekends to satisfy production demands.
• Utilize and adhere strictly to the buffet production system to maintain product quality and ensure shelf life standards are met.
• Guarantee that all bakery products remain fresh, flavorful, visually appealing, and served hot when appropriate.
• Maintain quality benchmarks by following Golden Corral's recipes and operational standards.
• Ensure proper portion control and recipe yield adherence.
• Follow guidelines set forth in the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide diligently.
• Engage courteously with guests, assisting them with baked goods and ensuring just-in-time product delivery.
• Complete assigned duties on the cleaning roster to uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations rigorously.
