Eligibility and Compensation

Employees receive weekly paychecks. After one year of eligible service, Roadies gain access to a competitive rewards package, including medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, paid vacation, short-term disability, life and accident insurance, identity theft protection, employee assistance programs, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus.
