Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service that aligns with Farm Boy's commitment to a superior fresh shopping environment.
• Greet, welcome, and assist shoppers while demonstrating your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products in line with company service standards.
• Carefully package, stock, and rotate items on display counters and shelving to ensure appealing presentation and accurate signage.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized work and storage spaces by performing general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Adhere strictly to all corporate policies, placing emphasis on Health & Safety and Food Safety, as well as correct use of equipment.
• Execute opening and closing duties, and provide support to team members as required.
• Undertake additional periodic responsibilities to support overall team functions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent and engaging customer service experiences.
• Possess retail experience or hold an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Work independently with a strong focus on detail, pride in quality output, and adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Exhibit cooperative and team-focused attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adapt well to a fast-paced environment involving numerous deadlines, extended standing, heavy lifting, and varied temperature conditions including cooler, freezer, and outdoor work areas.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; French language skills are considered an advantage.
