Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Baker who plays a vital role in delivering quality bagels each day. Bakers typically start early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, and maintain our bakery standards while enjoying their favorite music or podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure fresh, quality bagels are stocked on the bagel wall and pastries in the display case during each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding guest service, including assisting with order taking and making sandwiches.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring the quality of food and beverages served.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts including early mornings from as early as 3 AM and on weekends.
• Ability to successfully pass applicable background checks in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Possession of a valid state driver’s license is preferred and required at certain locations, along with meeting company driving standards.
• Eligibility for tipping is determined by state regulations, and additional employment benefits depend on the position at the time of hiring.
