Job description
Position Overview
The Judicial Service of Ghana seeks qualified individuals to fill the role of Bailiff based in Accra. The successful candidate will be entrusted with executing court orders and related duties that support the judicial process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out the execution of court orders in the capacity of Assistant Deputy Sheriff.
- Serve legal court processes to concerned parties.
- Maintain accurate entries in the Bailiff Process Book.
- Manage records concerning service, non-service, and execution activities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned as required.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Secretaryship & Management Studies from an accredited institution.
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
- Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity.
- Mandatory evidence of National Service completion.
