Role Overview

The Background Verification Executive role, based onsite in Madurai with a night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, involves conducting thorough background checks focused on US Healthcare professionals. The role demands meticulous review of candidates' details, employment and credential verification, record maintenance, and adherence to client timelines and confidentiality requirements. Female employees are provided with a one-way cab facility for transport.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive background verifications on US Healthcare candidates.
• Validate employment histories, educational credentials, licenses, certifications, and references.
• Authenticate and examine candidate documentation and provided data.
• Collaborate with candidates, employers, educational institutions, and agencies to complete verifications.
• Maintain precise and updated verification records within internal systems.
• Identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies and escalate as necessary.
• Ensure all verification processes meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of all candidate and client data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• High attention to detail along with effective documentation abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage.
• Capability to work autonomously and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Prior experience with US Healthcare, background verification (BGV), or US staffing is highly advantageous.
• Availability to work the specified US night shift hours (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
