Job Overview
As a Backend Manager at our Delhi-NCR location, you will oversee the reconciliation of order data, generate operational summaries, and liaise with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution. This role demands a detail-oriented approach to managing sensitive information and driving process efficiency enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile order details, promptly identifying inconsistencies and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Compile detailed reports, statements, and documentation that reflect ongoing operational activities.
- Address both client and internal queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Collaborate across departments to facilitate project completion and ensure timely information flow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements aimed at increasing operational efficiency and propose viable solutions.
- Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive employee and customer data at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a back-office executive or similar role.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite, database systems, and specialized back-office software.
- Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with a professional approach to sensitive information.
- Dependable, punctual, and adheres to a high standard of workplace professionalism.
