We are looking for a seasoned Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and enhancement of secure and scalable cloud infrastructure within enterprise environments. This senior role centers on advancing Azure platform engineering by architecting robust CI/CD pipelines, enabling Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and improving system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve enterprise-grade Azure Landing Zones and supporting platform services aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and strict governance controls.
  • Create and refine automated CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps to facilitate reliable and efficient application and infrastructure deployment.
  • Implement and sustain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to guarantee consistent and governed environments.
  • Collaborate with teams in applications, security, architecture, and operations to integrate DevSecOps practices and boost deployment velocity.
  • Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continual learning and application of best cloud engineering practices.
  • Oversee system performance, health monitoring, and cost efficiency, proactively addressing complex deployment and infrastructure challenges in multi-tenant setups.

Candidate Profile

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, especially in Cloud, Systems Engineering, or DevOps roles at a senior level.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure including core infrastructure services such as identity management, networking, storage, monitoring, and security.
  • Advanced skills in Azure DevOps pipeline creation, Git repository management, release procedures, and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and YAML.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, notably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Strong understanding of complex environments involving multi-subscription, multi-tenant architectures, hybrid networking, and compliance with regulated workloads.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical subjects and provide mentorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Administrator Associate.
  • Knowledge of GitOps, policy as code strategies, and advanced observability tools including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
  • Experience administering both Windows and Linux server environments.
