Job Role and Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines utilizing Azure Databricks.
- Creating ETL and ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load extensive datasets efficiently.
- Constructing and optimizing Spark applications using PySpark, Scala, or SQL languages.
- Integrating data from various sources such as databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and cloud storage services.
- Developing and administrating Delta Lake architectures to ensure dependable, high-performance data processing.
- Implementing data quality validation, system monitoring, and tuning for optimal performance.
- Collaborating with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to clarify and fulfill data requirements.
- Designing and deploying data models for advanced analytics and comprehensive reporting.
- Maintaining data security protocols, data governance, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Engaging in code reviews, software testing, deployment, and supporting production systems.
- Identifying and resolving performance issues within Azure Databricks environments.
- Developing reusable data engineering frameworks aligned with best practices.
Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Must possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience relevant to the role.
- Should be a graduate from any recognized discipline.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Gurugram, India. The company will conduct a walk-in recruitment drive on 26th August (Saturday).
