Job description

About the Role

This position represents an opportunity to work as an AWS Partner Marketing Manager within a partner organization based in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on driving collaborative go-to-market and co-marketing strategies between a prominent developer-oriented technology platform and AWS. You will translate strategic priorities spanning sectors like gaming, enterprise, startups, and artificial intelligence into actionable campaigns, content, and enablement tools targeted at AWS field teams and partners. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, providing autonomy and full ownership from the initial concept to campaign launch. You will craft compelling narratives around technical products, alliances, customer successes, and business impacts, working collaboratively with segment leaders, alliance teams, marketing, and revenue operations to convert partnership strategies into tangible market results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute co-marketing collateral and enablement resources tailored for gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments.
  • Create engaging case studies, campaign content, partner-focused documents, and other materials that illustrate the benefits of joint solutions.
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, overseeing every phase from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate closely with segment heads and alliances to transform strategic goals into executable campaigns and partner programs.
  • Support AWS-funded initiatives and high-profile executive events by developing content, coordinating logistics, and planning.
  • Maintain and update partner enablement resources to equip AWS contacts and internal teams with accurate and relevant messaging.
  • Identify appropriate audiences, stakeholders, and contacts for joint campaigns in partnership with Revenue Operations and marketing technology groups.
  • Represent the partnership confidently in external meetings and critical partner discussions.
  • Manage independent projects while sustaining momentum and ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
  • Adapt campaigns and messaging dynamically to serve varied audiences, market segments, and partner needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 3 to 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, strategic partnerships, or equivalent roles.
  • Experience collaborating with a major cloud provider such as AWS or similarly strategic technology partners is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging stories.
  • Demonstrated capacity to proactively deliver campaigns and content independently without heavy reliance on a large team.
  • Excellent project management skills featuring high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confident autonomy in representing technology partnerships at external and executive levels.
  • Strong teamwork skills with alliances, marketing, segment leadership, revenue operations, and other cross-functional areas.
  • Well-versed in go-to-market strategies and partner marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, campaign creation, enablement, and content planning.
  • Knowledge of AWS Partner Central, ACE, AWS Marketplace, or similar partner ecosystem platforms is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, global, and asynchronous environment.
  • Keen interest in cloud technology, AI, developer tools, startups, and emerging technology landscapes.

Benefits and Perks

  • Fully remote position allowing work from any location.
  • Access to WeWork memberships or coworking space allowances for improved productivity.
  • Employee equity plan via ESOP for participation in company growth.
  • Technology allowance to furnish an optimal home or remote office.
  • Health insurance coverage fully paid for employees and 80% for their dependents.
  • Annual global company off-site for team collaboration and engagement.
  • Flexible, asynchronous work culture emphasizing trust and autonomy.
  • Annual budget for professional development covering courses, literature, conferences, and learning activities.
  • Exposure to a global, diverse team working across countries and languages.
  • Opportunities to engage with major cloud, AI, developer technology, and partner ecosystem initiatives.
