AWS DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in scripting, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging the gap between development and operations by leveraging CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop and maintain scripts using languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby to automate daily tasks and processes.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows utilizing tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, with knowledge of other clouds (Google Cloud, Azure) as well.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools including Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure network security and compliance by applying best practices related to protocols and system safeguards.
• Collaborate effectively with development and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.

DevOps Tools and Technologies

• Version control systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab
• CI/CD platforms: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI
• Container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
• Configuration management: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
• Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog
• Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization, or a B.C.A. or B.Sc. in any discipline.
