Role Overview

As an Avionics Technician, you will work hands-on with various electronic components of the Electron launch vehicle. This includes assembling high-voltage batteries, constructing wire harnesses through crimping, and carrying out precise soldering of printed circuit boards and avionics parts. Positions are available across diverse teams dedicated to these tasks.

Shift Details

This position requires working evening shifts from Monday to Thursday (3:00 PM to 1:30 AM), enabling you to enjoy three-day weekends weekly. An additional evening shift allowance and relocation support, if needed, are provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Industry-recognized trade qualification or minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in precision electrical and/or mechanical assembly processes
  • Proficiency in handling electrical, mechanical, and automated test instruments
  • Knowledge of standard industry electrostatic discharge (ESD) policies
  • Excellent visual acuity to inspect and verify PCBs and wiring assemblies to high standards
  • Capability to produce components with exceptional craftsmanship, including soldering and wire harness fabrication
