About the Role
Join The Warehouse team as an Availability Manager where you'll take charge of leading the Nightfill team to ensure the store is fully prepared and stocked for daily customer visits. This position offers a dynamic work environment, perfect for a motivated leader who relishes fostering team development and excelling in a fast-moving retail setting.
Work Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- 45 hours per week
- Candidates must be able to work all scheduled days and hours as outlined.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team, fostering a positive, safe, and supportive work atmosphere.
- Be an active leader who celebrates success and drives team performance.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently within tight timelines in a hectic retail environment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication up and down the team hierarchy.
- Balance strong operational planning with hands-on team management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience, demonstrating shift leadership, staff management, and operational continuity.
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train team members with visible success outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize decisively and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, including conducting briefings and managing challenging discussions.
- Background in retail operations or stock/replenishment, showing practical knowledge of merchandising, stock control, inventory, and stockroom management.
