Role Overview

We are seeking a people-focused Availability Manager to join our Porirua store team. This role is integral to ensuring customers can easily find the products they seek and enjoy a seamless shopping experience. The Availability Manager will oversee product presentation, merchandising, restocking, and store recovery activities, prioritizing times that minimize disruption to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Nightfill team to uphold high merchandising and presentation standards.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising plans, planograms, and display guides to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Maintain a safe and positive work atmosphere for all team members.
• Manage tight stocking schedules to ensure stores are well stocked and attractively presented.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced leader with strong communication and motivational skills.
• Background in retail, preferably in stock management, merchandising, store recovery, and presentation.
• Pragmatic, proactive, and ready to engage hands-on in daily operational tasks.
