The Team

You will be part of the Engineering team at Rosewood Red Sea, collaborating with skilled professionals committed to maintaining superior operational standards at the resort. Positioned within the Engineering function, you will assist colleagues across various departments to ensure smooth and flawless technological and event experiences for both guests and associates.

Your Role

As an Engineering Associate – AV Technician, your contribution will be crucial in delivering exceptional audio-visual experiences across the resort. Whether it’s conferences, events, or entertainment activities, you will ensure AV systems function flawlessly, enhancing guest engagement while upholding Rosewood’s luxury service excellence. You will work closely with event teams, engineering peers, and other operational departments to provide dependable technical support and help maintain a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, LED displays, microphones, and associated systems.
• Deliver high-grade AV services and technical assistance in support of conferences, events, and entertainment.
• Collaborate with event teams to guarantee smooth event execution and outstanding guest experiences during live occasions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure AV gear remains in peak condition.
• Adhere to safe rigging, cabling, electrical, and operational protocols, and swiftly resolve technical problems during live events.
• Provide flexible support within the Engineering team and assist with departmental operations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong technical expertise in audio-visual systems and equipment operation.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced luxury hospitality environments supporting live events.
• Proactive in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
