About the Company and Role

The company is urgently hiring Field Technicians skilled in Solar Module Mounting Structure (MSS) assembly.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly net salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 based on individual trade skills and site performance.

Work Location and Mobility
Positions require deployment at various outstation utility-scale solar project locations across India. The company ensures full support for inter-site transfers. Candidates must be prepared for relocation on a short notice of 72 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanically erect and accurately align steel Module Mounting Structures (MSS).
- Tighten fasteners using calibrated torque wrenches following specified drawing requirements.
- Lift solar panels with precision, position them on tables, and securely clamp them.
- Assist with pile-driving rig operations, post alignment, and foundation team activities.
- Comply strictly with site safety protocols, Permit-to-Work procedures, and tool custody rules.
Eligibility Requirements
- Educational qualification of ITI pass in trades such as Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, or Wireman.
- Open to fresh graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches, as well as experienced tradesmen with up to 2 years of experience.
- Physically fit to perform active outdoor mechanical assembly tasks.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites on short notice is mandatory.
