Overview

We are seeking a dependable and fast-learning Vehicle Detailer to join our vibrant Operations team. This role is ideal for those passionate about vehicles and hands-on work, looking to break into the automotive industry. Prior experience is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided from the beginning. The role focuses on vehicle presentation and yard activities without any computer-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle detailing including cleaning, polishing, and removal of decals to achieve a high-quality finish
• Relocate and park vehicles within the auction area and yard space
• Support auction setup and preparation processes
• Ensure vehicles meet customer presentation expectations and timing requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard environment
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Required Characteristics and Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for vehicles and practical activities
• Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team setting
• Consent to background checks and pre-employment medical evaluations, including drug and alcohol screening
• No necessity for computer proficiency; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a proactive mindset towards assigned tasks
