Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vacuuming and cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, including windows
• Conduct detailed inspections of repaired areas to identify any flaws
• Complete comprehensive detailing once repairs are finished
• Organize and manage the inventory of supplies for the detailing department
• Uphold quality standards and service requirements consistently
• Stage vehicles by applying tapping and cutting techniques
• Carry out polishing, buffing, and nibbing tasks
• Perform minor paint touch-ups and painting duties when needed
• Complete additional assigned tasks as required

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Experience using automotive buffing techniques
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions effectively
• Must successfully pass a background check

Physical and Environmental Requirements

The role frequently requires the use of hands, ability to communicate verbally, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
