Role Responsibilities

• Thoroughly vacuum and clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including all windows
• Conduct meticulous visual inspections of repaired areas to ensure flawless work
• Perform complete detailing post-repair to prepare vehicles for delivery
• Manage and organize inventory of detailing supplies
• Uphold quality and service standards consistently
• Stage vehicles by performing tasks such as tapping and cutting
• Execute polishing, buffing, and nibbing techniques
• Carry out minor paint repairs and touch-ups as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Possession of a valid driver9s license
• Experience in automotive buffing techniques
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and safety guidelines
• Successful completion of a background check

Physical and Environmental Demands

Regular tasks involve using hands, talking, and hearing. Frequent standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods are required. Occasionally reaching with hands and arms and lifting objects up to 20 pounds may be necessary. Essential vision capabilities include close and peripheral vision and the ability to focus.
