Audit Manager / Senior Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking driven and energetic professionals to join our expanding audit practice within the Audit & General Assurance team. The role involves managing diverse client portfolios, including listed companies, SMEs, and multinational corporations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple client portfolios covering a broad spectrum of industries and company sizes.
• Conduct operational, financial, and management reviews; provide insightful analyses and professional recommendations to enhance clients' management decisions.
• Identify and promote new business opportunities that expand upon existing services delivered to current clients.
• Effectively lead and manage teams within allocated budgets and deadlines to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of clients’ issues and offer detailed analytics and support to address assurance-related challenges.
• Stay current with evolving technical, accounting, and financial standards and regulatory policies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or recognized professional accounting qualification endorsed by ICPAS.
• At least 7 to 10 years of robust experience in technical accounting and auditing standards, including knowledge of IPO processes, due diligence, and special advisory functions.
• Experience preferably gained from large or mid-tier international accounting firms.
