A prominent and expanding professional services firm in Dublin seeks an ambitious Audit Director to join its growing Consumer Business team with clear advancement opportunities towards partnership. The firm boasts strong growth, securing larger contracts, and enhancing its Audit practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture relationships across a diverse portfolio of audit clients within consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Lead high-quality audit engagements, ensuring compliance and excellence throughout delivery.
• Manage complex and group audit assignments as applicable.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to audit teams, fostering growth.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by securing new projects and deepening existing client collaborations.
• Support expansion of the firm's audit services in consumer, retail, and hospitality industries.
• Engage closely with senior leadership aiming for partnership progression.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with extensive external audit experience.
• Current Audit Director or Senior Manager with at least 2-3 years at Senior Manager level.
• Experience in consumer, retail, hospitality, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Group audit experience is advantageous.
• Business development experience is a plus.
• Strong ambition and commitment to progress toward Partner status.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based in Dublin with hybrid working arrangements. Remuneration is dependent on experience and includes bonus and benefits. The candidate will collaborate closely with an Audit Partner and be integral to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.
