Auction Sales Manager

About the Role

This full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires managing the entire auction sales process for real estate properties. The manager will craft and implement strategies to meet revenue and volume targets while navigating the sales lifecycle from property assessment to closing auctions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee listings, pricing, documentation, and scheduling for auction properties.
• Formulate sales plans and manage relationships with stakeholders including banks, auction platforms, legal teams, and property owners.
• Drive business growth by generating leads through multiple channels, nurturing a pipeline of buyers, investors, brokers, and institutional clients.
• Execute auctions by coordinating marketing, registration, buyer briefings, monitoring bids, and managing post-auction processes.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and investor preferences to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
• Lead and motivate the auction sales team, assign targets, and monitor performance against key performance indicators.
