Role Overview

This position involves leading ATE and post-silicon validation efforts for semiconductor testing. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) test program development and silicon chip validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and troubleshoot ATE test programs.
• Conduct testing on digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices.
• Optimize test times and manage production test setups.
• Configure and maintain interface setups including handlers and probers.
• Apply semiconductor manufacturing and post-silicon testing methodologies.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers for testing processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Teradyne UltraFLEX or similar ATE platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages including C, C++, C#, or Java.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, SPI, I2S, and DDR.
• Exposure to load board and probe card testing is a plus.
• Experience in handling digital, analog, and mixed-signal device testing environments.
