About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cybersecurity threat modeling to identify potential risks.
  • Perform penetration tests on web applications, mobile applications, IT and OT networks, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
  • Review source code to detect security vulnerabilities.
  • Carry out red team engagements to simulate cyberattacks.
  • Execute social engineering assessments to evaluate human factors in security.
  • Assist in incident response activities when security events occur.
  • Provide clients with detailed technical explanations of security issues and actionable mitigation strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills that demonstrate active listening and clear articulation.
  • In-depth technical knowledge to understand and address client cybersecurity issues.
  • A proactive learning attitude and curiosity to uncover subtle vulnerabilities.
  • Integrity aligned with organizational values, including openness about mistakes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Possession of industry-standard penetration testing certifications such as:
    • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
    • Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE)
    • Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)
    • Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE)
    • Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST) certifications like CRT or CCT
  • Applicants with at least 24 months of penetration testing experience qualify for senior consultant roles; those with less experience are considered for associate consultant positions.
