Role Overview

The Associate Watch Advisor plays a pivotal role in achieving personal sales targets aligned with the brand's retail strategy while ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks. This position is centered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and demands dedication to delivering excellence in client service and boutique presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned personal budgets in line with brand retail policies and observe group procedures including legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
• Maximize profitability by vigilantly controlling and minimizing expenses such as discounts, general costs, and commissions to third parties.
• Regularly review missed confirmed sales with management to refine future sales forecasting and strategies.
• Organize exclusive private viewings for VIP clients within the region.
• Collaborate with the Assistant/Boutique Manager to discuss business prospects and actionable plans aimed at converting potential clients.
• Serve as a reference point for formulating action plans to accomplish individual sales targets.
• Embody the brand ambassador role by ensuring exemplary conduct inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain high standards of client welcoming, handling, and service delivery.
• Continuously deepen product knowledge and brand familiarity to act as a trusted expert for the Maison.
• Represent the brand at all times when interacting with clients, VIPs, and third parties.
• Ensure the boutique’s appearance and maintenance adhere strictly to brand guidelines and concepts.
• Assist in the timely execution and monitoring of new Visual Merchandising initiatives within the boutique.
• Guarantee outstanding customer service standards within the boutique consistently.
• Foster a positive, proactive, and confident atmosphere among the boutique team.
• Participate actively in regular VIP interactions and sales order processes to leverage boutique sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain sincere and accurate relationships with customers.
• Manage recruitment and expansion of VIP, customer, and prospect databases supporting sales and marketing efforts.
• Address client complaints tactfully and promptly report product-related issues to managerial staff.
• Coordinate with Sales Administrators regarding client repairs and after-sales service requirements.
• Engage actively in inventory management including monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking procedures.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid discrepancies in stock at all times.
• Handle automatic replenishment orders for sold timepieces diligently.
• Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of boutique timepieces, such as strap changes, polishing, and servicing arrangements.
• Adhere strictly to all financial and cashiering controls, complying with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Competently manage credit card transactions involving substantial amounts as well as cash register operations.
• Deliver prompt reporting of potential opportunities, incidents, or issues to the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Contribute constructively by sharing new practices and ideas to enhance overall boutique performance.
• Promote teamwork by exchanging insights, work techniques, and knowledge with boutique colleagues and central office staff.
• Maintain personal grooming and behavior standards in alignment with company policy, including uniform, makeup, language, hair, and accessories.
• Provide comprehensive support to colleagues during sales ceremonies and assist in their onboarding.
• Participate actively in training sessions and role-plays aimed at boosting expertise and the customer experience.
