Role Overview
This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for product, engineering, and business teams at A1. It's a practical, action-oriented position ideal for those starting their career, eager to gain firsthand experience in technical hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment phases including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.
- Identify candidates via multiple platforms such as professional networks, referrals, and job portals.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine candidates' fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- Organize interviews and gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Maintain precise and current candidate information within the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and process consistency.
- Assist with recruitment-related projects and implement improvements in candidate experience and employer branding as the team grows.
- Ensure recruitment operations are well-organized and progress swiftly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between zero to two years’ experience in recruitment, human resources, operations, or similar fields; fresh graduates passionate about recruiting are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Sheets or Excel along with familiarity with basic applicant tracking systems.
- A self-motivated, eager-to-learn mentality with openness to constructive criticism.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and consistently complete tasks.
