Overview
The Quality Services (QS) team supports testing activities across Devices, Retail, and AWS products, primarily focusing on manual testing. The role of an Associate in Quality Services involves executing manual tests based on documented instructions, ensuring precise results while meeting daily completion targets and adhering to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of application testing procedures and effectively utilize relevant software and tools.
- Carry out test instructions accurately and provide timely test result reports.
- Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies observed during testing.
- Adapt to updates or changes in test instructions pertinent to assigned tasks.
- Perform all assigned duties strictly following the defined processes.
- Be prepared to work in shift patterns aligned with business requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any specialization such as B.A, B.C.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.B.A, or B.M.S.
- Have foundational knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and related tools.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in testing consumer devices is advantageous.
