Role Overview

The Associate Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives operates at a crucial crossroads of strategy, execution, and leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, this high-impact position involves driving key company priorities such as launching new business sectors, enhancing global operations, supporting data-based decision-making, and fostering cross-department teamwork. This role involves converting insights into actionable plans and measurable results, offering comprehensive exposure to Joveo’s business and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, advancing high-impact projects across departments and geographical regions.
• Collaborate with leaders to design and implement growth, efficiency, and transformation initiatives powered by AI.
• Conduct thorough performance evaluations, market research, and competitor analysis to inform executive decisions.
• Develop and put into action frameworks that transform strategic goals into concrete results.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles in tech, SaaS, or fast-growth startups.
