Role Summary

We are seeking dedicated Data Annotators to remotely label, assess, and enhance the datasets powering advanced AI models. This position requires meticulous evaluation of outputs generated by AI systems and application of precise labeling standards to improve subsequent training stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate diverse data types including text, images, audio, and video following comprehensive labeling instructions.
• Assess AI-generated content for correctness, relevance, and adherence to given directions.
• Detect unclear or borderline cases in guidelines and report them to the annotation team leader.
• Ensure consistent labeling quality by maintaining agreement with other annotators.
• Deliver structured feedback to enhance future model training iterations.
• Achieve established daily and weekly annotation targets without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional reading comprehension combined with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working within defined guidelines and applying them reliably.
• Proficient written English communication with the ability to articulate reasoning clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience is desirable.
• Exposure to AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with capability to work independently in quota-driven environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary between $55,000 and $95,000 USD equivalent, adjusted for skills, experience, and location.
