Role Overview
The Associate Program Manager position is a full-time role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement offering partial remote work flexibility. This role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of mentoring programs by collaborating closely with mentors, mentees, and partner entities. Daily duties encompass managing schedules, organizing events and training, tracking participant engagement and results, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The role also includes stakeholder communication, handling inquiries, generating reports, and contributing to program process enhancement initiatives. Additionally, this person assists in outreach, digital communications, and community development efforts to advance the VOA movement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in program and project coordination, including activity organization, timeline management, and outcome monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage mentors, mentees, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong administrative skills with capability in managing records, tracking data, and preparing basic reports.
- Analytical aptitude for data collection, interpretation, and summarization into reports or presentations.
- Experience or keen interest in mentoring, mental health, social impact, or community development sectors.
- Ability to work autonomously and within teams in a hybrid work setting, demonstrating attention to detail and time management.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as social sciences, psychology, education, business, or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Singaporean and wider Asian contexts and comfort in interacting with culturally diverse individuals.
