Job Role and Responsibilities

We are expanding our Product team by recruiting impact-oriented Associate Product Managers to contribute to diverse key domains such as banking, taxation, client data management, and wealth management. Successful candidates will be assigned immediately to a dedicated domain and tasked with end-to-end product ownership and leadership of high-profile projects.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to scope, develop, and launch domain-specific features.
  • Establish and maintain product backlogs by conducting user research, analyzing metrics, and producing clear user stories and specifications.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with various stakeholders including operations, legal, risk, compliance, and finance to transform business needs into intuitive digital products.
  • Monitor post-launch performance metrics to iteratively enhance customer experiences and outcomes.

Selection Process and Hiring Timeline

  • Submit your resume by September 4th.
  • Participate in an initial 30-minute interview with a hiring manager to discuss your background and the company's culture.
  • Complete an online domain-specific test assignment evaluating your product management skills.
  • Attend an onsite assessment day during the week of September 21st in Berlin or Munich to engage with the team and complete final interviews.
  • Receive an offer along with your domain placement following the onsite event, preparing you for cohort onboarding beginning November 1, 2026, with an alternative start on December 1, 2026.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent fields.
  • Possesses early-career experience through internships, student roles, or entry-level positions in product management, consulting, operations, or startups, preferably within fintech, banking, or complex environments.
  • Proficient with modern agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma, and experienced in user story development and rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to bridge conversations between technical, operational, and business teams.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, attention to detail, resilience, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibits a continuous learning mindset and a passion for digital products, technology, and finance.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantageous asset.
