- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, client success, and other departments to set product visions, brainstorm and validate ideas, and create key differentiators.
- Transform unclear concepts into well-defined project scopes by analyzing requirements, maintaining backlogs, defining release parameters, writing user stories, and overseeing the product development phases from ideation through launch.
- Define success criteria and key performance indicators for the product, incorporating client feedback into the ongoing development cycle.
- Ensure quality assurance by establishing evaluation frameworks both pre- and post-release for agentic product features.
- Identify and manage risks related to technology, models, data integrity, and safety; maintain risk registers; develop mitigation strategies and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage associated costs including build, running, and computing expenses of agentic product features, reporting insights to leadership, finance, and sales teams.
- Prioritize user experience by partnering with UX teams to build trustworthy, clear, and engaging agent interfaces that encourage adoption and satisfaction.
Candidate Profile Requirements
- Minimum six years of experience in enterprise product management, preferably within supply chain, ERP, or human capital management sectors.
- Proven AI-native work habits with practical, routine use of LLMs and agentic tools in professional product management tasks.
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems including LLMs, prompt engineering, tool usage, retrieval methods, agent workflows, evaluation techniques, and understanding common failure patterns.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly in software project estimation and reporting metrics.
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence and managing contemporary product management workflows.
- Process-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail and an emphasis on design, usability, and user experience.
