As a rapidly expanding Series D enterprise with deployments on five continents, the company develops top-tier merchandising solutions and foundational AI agents that innovate retail decision-making processes globally.
Recognized internationally by prestigious organizations including Fortune, Gartner, and the Inc. 5000, Impact Analytics stands out with its profound retail domain expertise, innovative culture, and global footprint. Role Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, client success, and other functions to align product vision, generate ideas, validate concepts, and create competitive differentiators.
- Break down ambiguous ideas into actionable development scopes by analyzing requirements, maintaining backlogs, defining releases, writing user stories, and partnering throughout design, development, quality assurance, and launch phases.
- Define performance metrics to evaluate product success, incorporating client feedback into continuous development cycles.
- Oversee quality assurance and evaluation procedures for AI agent features both prior to and after release.
- Manage technical, model-based, data-related, and safety risks by maintaining risk registers, driving mitigation efforts, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor and estimate construction and operational costs, including inference, token usage, and compute expenses tied to agentic capabilities, reporting findings to leadership, finance, and sales teams.
- Work synergistically with UX teams to create intuitive experiences that clarify agent behaviors, foster trust, and boost user engagement and adoption.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of six years’ experience in enterprise product management, ideally within supply chain, ERP, or human capital management (HCM) software domains.
- Hands-on, AI-native approach utilizing LLMs and agentic tools regularly as part of product work.
- Deep understanding of agentic system components including LLMs, prompt engineering, tool integrations, retrieval systems, agent workflows, evaluation frameworks, and common failure scenarios.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, especially in software estimation, measurement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern product management tools and boards.
- Strong process orientation with keen attention to detail, user experience, design quality, and usability.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders with varying priorities.
