Job Description

This role operates in a US time zone night shift, focusing on procurement operations to support seamless supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure they are complete and accurate.
• Transform approved PRs into Purchase Orders (POs) within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Requesters, Buyers, and Vendors to clear up any discrepancies or issues.
• Track the progress of Purchase Orders and follow through on order confirmations, delivery timelines, and invoicing processes.
• Keep detailed records of all procurement transactions and related documents.
• Assist in auditing processes and fulfill reporting requirements tied to procurement.
• Spot areas where procurement processes can be enhanced or automated.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and vendors based in the UK and US as well as internal teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.
• Handle vendor management duties including onboarding, assessing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage contracts by drafting, reviewing, negotiating terms, and ensuring all contract conditions are met.
• Monitor contract lifecycle events such as renewals and expirations while maintaining a central repository for vendor agreements.
• Ensure that all vendor and contract management procedures align with risk mitigation strategies and regulatory/legal requirements.

Eligibility Requirements
