Overnight Associate

Overview

This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service through efficient handling of merchandise from receiving to sales floor arrangement. Tasks include unloading trailers, transferring pallets, processing, labeling, and stocking merchandise in a safe, organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales floor to ensure readiness for store opening.
• Set up merchandising displays and proper signage for promotional features.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types throughout the shift.
• Emphasize labeling and proper placement of merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas, differentiating from other fulfillment shifts.
• Move pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with sales floor stocking and provide customer support when needed.
• Label sales floor areas to align with store opening procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing fixtures and displays.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $17.75 per hour.
