Job Overview

The role of Associate - Operations & Leasing Executive at SRED offers direct involvement in managing live deal pipelines for 25+ active mandates in the Delhi NCR region. Candidates with past experience in leasing advisory, mall management, or brand expansion with skills in negotiation, site visits, and pipeline coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and serve as the key coordinator for retail leasing activities in Delhi NCR.
• Manage active deal pipelines including conducting site visits, negotiating rental terms, and following up on ongoing deals.
• Liaise effectively between brands, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth leasing operations.
• Provide daily intelligence and progress reports directly to the COO.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in leasing advisory, mall management, or brand expansion roles.
• Proven track record handling active pipelines and managing stalled deals, particularly at the Letter of Intent (LOI) stage.
• Strong coordination skills to interface with multiple stakeholders including brands, developers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage complex leasing portfolios and multitask across several active projects simultaneously.
