About the Role

Join Boeing Global Services as an Associate Logistics Services Representative supporting maintenance activities at Al Udeid Air Force Base in Qatar. This fully onsite role requires you to actively contribute to warehouse and logistics operations under contractual obligations and cultural standards, ensuring efficient support to military and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inventory and overseeing warehouse operations adhering to Program Work Statement requirements.
• Handling processes such as repair cycles, packaging, shipping, and transportation logistics.
• Processing demand, distributing materials, securing resources, and providing technical assistance to achieve service delivery goals.
• Coordinating transportation logistics for domestic and international military and maintenance units.
• Maintaining compliance with contractual and cultural requirements throughout task execution.

Additional Information

This position requires willingness to travel domestically or internationally at short notice to fulfill unique customer needs. Certain contracts may involve deployment to US Department of Defense contingency operations, where candidates must meet military contractor health requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation logistics within a large corporate setting or third-party logistics management.
• Minimum 5 years’ practical experience in warehouse management.
• Preferred background includes field operations, international customer support in the Middle East, and aviation logistics, particularly F series or Air Force Logistics.

This is a locally hired international position based in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Compensation and benefits align with local standards, legal requirements, and the candidate’s experience. Employment depends on successful fulfillment of Qatar labor and immigration regulations.

Relocation assistance is offered based on eligibility. The employer will sponsor employment visa status. Shift work is required as per Qatar regulations.
