Role Summary

As an Associate Implementation Specialist (German Speaking), you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of Personio’s platform in the DACH region. You will support HR teams through every phase of the onboarding process, combining expert guidance with a supportive and engaging approach. This position requires spending three days a week in the office, with the option to be based in Munich, Dublin, or Berlin.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead new customer onboarding by overseeing setup and integration to embed Personio into their HR systems seamlessly.
• Drive user adoption to enhance product retention and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct consultative meetings to assess customer needs and offer customized solutions that maximize platform benefits.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining a tailored client experience.
• Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams and escalating bugs when necessary.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships, navigate conflicts with sensitivity, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product departments to deliver superior results and relay customer feedback.
• Contribute to team knowledge by supporting new hires, maintaining documentation, and refining processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
• At least two years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS, B2B, or B2C environment, demonstrating a commitment to customer success.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Technologically proficient, with an aptitude for quickly mastering new software and Personio’s platform.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, skilled in simplifying complex ideas and fostering trust.
