Role Overview
The Associate Engineer will support continuous production within the Lithography Module by managing equipment readiness and operational reliability across 12-hour shifts. Key tasks include preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and assisting with installation and upgrades of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain production equipment by performing scheduled preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure operational reliability.
- Support 12-hour rotating shifts to guarantee module production runs smoothly and equipment remains ready for use.
- Assist engineers during installation and integration of new equipment.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement projects enhancing equipment performance.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives aiming to boost module productivity and output quality.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards, maintaining safety practices, and safeguarding tools and assets in the production area.
- Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols and contribute to fostering a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- Preferably at least one year of experience working with semiconductor equipment.
- Capability to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.
