Role Overview

The Associate Engineer will support continuous production within the Lithography Module by managing equipment readiness and operational reliability across 12-hour shifts. Key tasks include preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and assisting with installation and upgrades of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain production equipment by performing scheduled preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure operational reliability.
  • Support 12-hour rotating shifts to guarantee module production runs smoothly and equipment remains ready for use.
  • Assist engineers during installation and integration of new equipment.
  • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement projects enhancing equipment performance.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives aiming to boost module productivity and output quality.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards, maintaining safety practices, and safeguarding tools and assets in the production area.
  • Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security protocols and contribute to fostering a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • Preferably at least one year of experience working with semiconductor equipment.
  • Capability to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.
