Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and workstreams focused on large-scale system implementations, particularly in ERP environments.
• Deliver high-quality services by managing multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Engage in business development activities such as proposal preparation and contribute to enhancing KPMG's service offerings through knowledge sharing and methodology development.
• Support clients in designing or assessing IT operating models and strategies.
• Provide project management and change management support for extensive transformation initiatives.
• Guide clients through supplier selection, procurement processes, and contract finalization.
• Enhance KPMG's reputation by demonstrating expertise, sound judgment, and innovative approaches in your work.

Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years’ experience in technology consulting, ideally with Tier 1 consultancy exposure.
• A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
• Proven success in nurturing client relationships, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts.
• Exceptional communication, planning, project management, relationship cultivation, networking, and influencing capabilities.
• A positive, adaptable mindset eager to tackle new challenges and pursue growth opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders and foster teamwork with consulting experts.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to delivering practical solutions.
• An ability and willingness to work competently with Māori communities, traditions, and frameworks, including Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Kaupapa Māori principles, is highly valued.
