Project Overview

This role involves contributing to a major new airport development in Saudi Arabia, designed to become a global leader in aviation experience and with a target to serve 120 million passengers by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and project controls functions for assigned projects.
• Provide expert advice and oversight on cost management, scheduling, risk evaluation, and change management processes.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring clear and effective performance reporting.
• Coordinate project delivery aligning with Mace's control centre standards, mentor project teams, and encourage sustainable practices.
• Collaborate proactively to support the organization's net zero carbon goals by identifying and managing carbon emissions and implementing reductions throughout project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a relevant degree and ongoing progress towards professional chartership.
• Demonstrated experience in PMO and project controls within similar assignments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tools, methodologies, and best practices within the sector.
• Strong communication skills paired with analytical abilities and experience engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Meet visa requirements for working in Saudi Arabia and have prior experience on high-value projects or programs with a project management consultancy, needed for immigration and client endorsement.
